Once your order is confirmed, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled. After your order has been packed and shipped out, delivery will take an additional 5-10 business days. Your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped out. For items on pre-order, the estimated delivery date will be clearly displayed and specified under the product price on the product page.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@paramedicflash.com before sending anything back. If approved, you will be provided with a free shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and sent back.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any items showing signs of intentional damage will not be eligible for return or refund. If upon inspection we find that the item has been purposely damaged, altered, or misused in any way, your return request will be denied. Our aim is to maintain a fair and honest return process, and we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. If you purchase an item outside of a sale, returning it to then repurchase it during the sale is not allowed.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@paramedicflash.com. Digital downloads are non-refundable.
